Carl Breuer (Manager)

Carl Breuer (born June 4, 1902 in Beuel ; † after 1967) was a German manager and, among other things, chairman of the board of Allgäuer Alpenmilch AG (a subsidiary of the Swiss Ursina AG ) with sales of over 300 million D-Marks in 1963.

Life

Carl Breuer, son of the businessman Johann Breuer, did an apprenticeship at the Sal. Oppenheim bank in Cologne after high school . This was followed by law and economics studies. In 1936 he received his doctorate from the University of Cologne .

Before joining Allgäuer Alpenmilch AG , he was a member of the board of Werner & Mertz AG (Erdalwerke) in Mainz . In 1937 he was the authorized representative of Allgäuer Alpenmilch AG .

Breuer was a Rotarian and spoke English and French.

He was also managing director of 1967 Alete Pharmaceuticals GmbH , the Alpursa GmbH and also of the Allgäu Alps Milch AG founded St. Ursula Vineyard and Winery GmbH in Bingen am Rhein (today Binderer St. Ursula Weinkellerei GmbH ).

He was also a member of the Bavarian Advisory Board of Deutsche Bank .

His son is the former CEO of Deutsche Bank, Rolf-Ernst Breuer .
