Carl Dotter

Carl Dotter (born February 15, 1885 in Theinfeld near Bad Kissingen , † April 26, 1954 ) was a German native and Main Franconian dialect poet.

Dotter came to Würzburg when he was 10 years old . After his training, he worked there as a councilor at the Chamber of Crafts in Lower Franconia.

At the same time he wrote a number of poems and folk pieces in Main Franconian dialect .
