Carl Drolshagen

Carl Drolshagen was a German cartography historian and surveyor in the Prussian state cultural administration .

Life

Initially working as a surveyor in Berlin, Drolshagen moved to Greifswald in the 1890s , where he was employed by the special commission, which later became the cultural office. In 1905 he was appointed royal chief country knife here. He was one of the first to work on the Swedish land record of Western Pomerania .

In 1920 Drolshagen was finally transferred to Wesel , where on January 1, 1921, he was given the management of the Wesel cultural office, combined with promotion to the government and cultural council. In this function he went to Leobschütz only a little later , where he can still be verified as a councilor in 1931. Exact dates of life are unknown.

He was a member of the Pomeranian Geographical Society.
