Carl Friderich

Carl Friderich (born November 3, 1816 in Durlach ; † August 23, 1894 there ) was honorary mayor of Durlach from 1872 to 1884 and a member of the German Reichstag .

Live and act

Friderich was from a family of innkeepers and was elected to the second chamber of Baden in 1850 . In 1874 he was elected to the German Reichstag as a national liberal candidate in the constituency of the Grand Duchy of Baden 9 (Ettlingen - Durlach - Pforzheim) , to which he was a member until 1877.

Honors

A memorial stone erected around 1900 is dedicated to him along Tiefentalstrasse in Durlach.
