Carl Friedrich von Fischer

Carl Friedrich Freiherr von Fischer (born July 17, 1783 in Karlsruhe ; † September 21, 1860 in Baden-Baden ; Protestant) was a lawyer in the Baden state service since 1809 and was retired on May 23, 1844.

Fischer was the son of Karl Friedrich von Fischer (born December 3, 1756 Karlsruhe, † 9 October 1821 ibid), Hofgerichtsadvokat and finance minister who on 16 April 1819 baron ennobled was, and Maria Theresa, born Schmittbauer. He was married to Charlotta nee Braunstein.

Life

Fischer studied law at the University of Heidelberg and became a legal intern in 1808. On February 3, 1809 he was employed as a court judge assessor at the court court in Rastatt . On May 5, 1813, he became a district councilor at the Murg and Pfinz district directorate in Rastatt or, after relocation, in Durlach . From November 1, 1822, he was appointed senior bailiff at the Karlsruhe Landamt and on October 4, 1837, he was appointed Privy Councilor, 3rd class. The retirement took place on May 23, 1844.
