Carl Heinrich Sievers
Carl Heinrich Sievers (born November 3, 1820 in Lübeck ; † May 23, 1889 ibid) was a merchant and senator of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.
Life
Besides his father, Sievers had been a partner in the company HH Kahl & Sohn in Lübeck, founded in 1754, from 1849 . He was elected to the Lübeck citizenship in 1865. In 1870 he became a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the board of the Lübeck merchants . In 1871 he was elected to the Lübeck Senate . As a senator, he worked in the cemetery and burial deputation, the central arms deputation , in the city and country offices and in the hospital.
