Carl Ludwig Ewald von Massow

Carl Ludwig Ewald von Massow (* October 2, 1748 , † August 14, 1808 ) was a Prussian district administrator . He headed the district of Guhrau in Lower Silesia .

He was a member of the Pomeranian noble family von Massow . His father Paul Anton von Massow (* 1710, † 1766) was a Prussian major and landlord of Weißholz near Groß-Glogau ; his mother Charlotte Eleonora was a daughter of General von Bojanowsky. His younger brother Friedrich Gottlob von Massow (* 1754; † 1833) became chief forest master in West and South Prussia.

From 1781 to 1806 Carl Ludwig Ewald von Massow was District Administrator of the Guhrau district in Lower Silesia . He was the landlord of Ober- and Nieder-Globitschen .

Carl Ludwig Ewald von Massow was married to Friederika Wilhelmina von Massow (* 1759, † 1831), a daughter of the war council Christlieb von Massow from the Silesian branch of the Lords of Massow. The marriage had four children. The widow sold Ober- and Nieder-Globitschen in 1819.
