Carl Ludwig jug from Nidda
Carl Ludwig Krug von Nidda (born June 11, 1885 in Dresden ; † September 1, 1976 in Frankfurt am Main ) was a German lawyer.
Life
Krug von Nidda, a lawyer by profession, was a councilor in Saxony from 1920 to 1924. From 1924 to 1933 he was a consultant at the German Association for Public and Private Welfare (DV) and then returned to the Saxon civil service. In 1935 he was promoted to senior government councilor in the Reich Ministry of the Interior and was promoted to ministerial councilor in 1938.
During the Nazi era he was a member of the NSDAP , the NSV and the Nazi Legal Guardian Association . He was also a supporting member of the SS . In 1938 he was involved in a draft of the Reich Wanderergesetz against so-called non-residents.
After the Second World War he was again a scientific advisor at the DV from 1947 to 1961 and was a member of the main committee of the DV. He was close friends with Hans Muthesius and Wilhelm Polligkeit .
