Carl Ludwig Theodor Schlomka

Carl Ludwig Theodor Schlomka (born August 13, 1821 in Perleberg ; † November 22, 1894 ) was a German judge .

Life

In 1842 he passed the Abitur at the Joachimsthal Gymnasium . Schlomka was sworn in to the Prussian sovereign in 1845. In 1847 he became a court trainee. In 1850 he was appointed court assessor. In 1851 he came to Erfurt as a district judge, in 1864/65 he was councilor at the East Prussian tribunal in Königsberg. In 1872 was promoted to senior tribunal councilor. In 1879 he came to the newly established Imperial Court. As a judge he was assigned to the IV Civil Senate of the Imperial Court . He retired in 1889.
