Carl Müller-Baumgarten
Carl Müller-Baumgarten (born September 10, 1879 in Leipzig , † January 2, 1964 in Munich ) was a German landscape painter and graphic artist .
Life
Carl Müller-Baumgarten studied in Munich with Carl von Marr , Ludwig von Löfftz and Angelo Jank . He sent the art exhibitions in Munich in the Glaspalast , for example in 1925 with the paintings Weg am Königsee , Flounder Seeker on the Baltic Sea and Stormy April Day . His landscape art is characterized by late open-air painting, while his portraits are more in the Wilhelminian style .
