Carl Wilhelm von Heinz

Carl Wilhelm Heinz , from 1885 by Heinz , (born April 6, 1816 in Ulm , † August 7, 1887 in Ellwangen (Jagst) ) was a Württemberg governor.

Life

Carl Wilhelm Heinz attended high school in Ulm. He then worked for four years at the Ulm District Office from 1833 to 1837 before studying criminal sciences in Tübingen from 1837 to 1838 . In 1838 he passed his second higher service examination.

From 1838 to 1843 he worked again at the Ulm Oberamt, but now as an actuary. In 1843 he moved to the Department of the Interior in Stuttgart, where he worked as ministerial secretary until 1847. In 1847 he became a provisional and in 1849 a planned senior administrator at the Welzheim District Office . Further positions as senior bailiff were Nürtingen from 1856 to 1868 and Ellwangen from 1868 to 1871 . From 1871 to 1887, Heinz was a councilor in the government of the Jagstkreis in Ellwangen. In 1887 he retired.

Honors

Carl Wilhelm Heinz was in 1874 with the Knight's Cross 2nd Class and in 1885 the Knight's Cross 1st class of the Order of the Württemberg Crown excellent, which with the personal title of nobility ( ennoblement was connected).

The city of Welzheim granted Heinz honorary citizenship in 1886.
