Carl von Scheliha

Carl Joachim von Scheliha (born April 22, 1802 , † January 24, 1865 ) was a German administrative lawyer , parliamentarian and manor owner .

Life

From 1820 Carl von Scheliha studied law at the universities of Jena , Leipzig and finally Jena again. He became a member of the Corps Saxonia Jena . In 1823 he joined the Corps Saxonia Leipzig . After graduating, he entered the Prussian civil service. From 1834 to 1861 he was District Administrator of the district Militsch . He was the owner of the Labschütz manor .

From 1849 until his resignation on September 24, 1854, Scheliha sat in the 2nd and 3rd legislative periods as a member of the constituency of Breslau 9 in the Prussian House of Representatives . In the 2nd legislative period he belonged to the parliamentary group of the right. His parliamentary group membership in the 3rd legislative period has not been passed down. Scheliha was a member of the Prussian manor house from 1855 until his death in 1865 .
