Casino Estoril
The Casino Estoril , also Casino do Estoril , is a casino in the Portuguese seaside resort of Estoril , about 18 km west of the capital Lisbon .
history
The casino was founded on August 16, 1931 by Teodoro dos Santos.
In the Second World War, Portugal remained neutral. The country ruled by dictator Salazar became a meeting point for international spies and refugees, especially the capital Lisbon.
