Casper Munk Christiansen (born June 25, 1986 in Hillerød ) is a Danish volleyball player .

Career

Munk Christiansen started his career in 2003 in Efterskolen Grønsund . In the sports school he chose volleyball and trampoline gymnastics as sporting disciplines. The outside attacker later played in the Danish league for Lyngby Volley and Holte IF. From Holte he moved to the German Bundesliga club Wuppertal Titans . He then returned to his homeland and played volley for Gentofte . In the 2012/13 season, Munk Christiansen was active in France with Saint-Brieuc Côtes d'Armor. In 2013 he took part with the Danish national team in the European Championship in his own country, in which the Danes survived the first round and were then eliminated in the playoff game. Then the outside attacker was hired by the Bundesliga club Chemie Volley Mitteldeutschland . In 2014 Munk Christiansen returned to Denmark and played for the Copenhagen suburbs Gentofte Volley and from 2017 for Hvidovre VK.
