Also called "Cahué", 1.84 meters tall defensive player Caué Fernández played since the Apertura 2008 for the Uruguayan club Juventud , with whom he relegated to the Segunda División after the 2008/09 season. At the end of December 2010, he moved to the first division promoted El Tanque Sisley . There he has so far completed 35 games (no goal) in the Primera División . His move to Nacional Montevideo was announced for the 2013/14 season . With the Bolsos , however, he remained without a mission in the 2013 Apertura. In mid-January 2014, he joined league rivals Liverpool Montevideo on loan . There he completed 14 games in the Primera División for the rest of the season and scored two goals. However, he could not prevent the descent of the Montevideans. He returned to Nacional for the 2014/15 season. In the 2014/15 season he was not used in the Primera División. However, his club won the Uruguayan Championship. At the beginning of August 2015, Nacional Fernández handed over to the Montevideo Wanderers . For the "Bohemios" called Montevideans, he played seven first division games (no goal) in the 2015/16 season. In early August 2016, he moved to the first division relegated El Tanque Sisley. There he contributed ten season appearances (no goal) to promotion at the end of the 2016 season. In January 2017, the CD Marathón signed him . So far (as of February 18, 2017) he has played for the team of the Honduran club in four league games (no goal).
