Cavaglio-Spoccia is a former municipality that consisted of several villages, in the Italian province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola (VB) in the Piedmont region . It has been part of the municipality of Valle Cannobina since January 1st, 2019 with all the villages . In 1927 the districts of Cavaglio and Spoccia were merged.
geography
Cavaglio-Spoccia is located in the Valle Cannobina orographically to the left above the Cannobino river . The former municipality covers an area of 18 km² . It mainly consists of the villages of Cavaglio, Gurrone and Spoccia.
A bus line goes from Cannobio to the Valle Cannobina; The stop for Cavaglio is Il Ponte; from there a 20-minute walk to Cavaglio.
