Cayon River is an ephemeral body of water similar to a Fiumara , on St. Kitts , in the Caribbean island state of St. Kitts and Nevis .
geography
The river has its source in the north of St. Kitts, on the north slope of the South East Range . Together with some source streams it runs north and soon flows east at Cayon with a clear cone of debris into the Atlantic .
