The Celestin Brenner River is a tributary of the Aouya River in Dominica . It rises southwest of Pennville and flows to the east, past L'Autre Bord (Lower Pennville) in the Parish Saint Andrew and, after a steep descent, flows into the Aouya River, shortly before it flows into the Atlantic . The river is only about 2.4 km long. To the north is the catchment area of the Demitrie River and the short L'Autre Bord River . About 500 m west of the road between Vieille Case and Penville, the river forms the Bwa Nef Falls ( ⊙ ). From Bellevue Estate , west of Pennville, it receives a small tributary from the left and north.
