Cellio is a fraction of the municipality of Cellio con Breia in the Italian province of Vercelli (VC), Piedmont region .
On January 1, 2018, the municipality of Cellio was merged with Breia to form the new municipality of Cellio con Breia. It last had 826 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2016) on an area of 10.05 km².
The municipality consisted of the districts Agua, Carega, Allera, Merlera, Valmonfredo, Viganallo, Cosco, Arva, Crabia, Forcola, Maddalena, Mollie, Casaccia, Tairano, Mascherana, Casa Resegotti, Cerchiera, Agarla, Bosco, Mulino Medana, Mulino Benvenuto , Zagro, Baltegora, Sella, Culagna, Camo and Fronto. Neighboring communities were Borgosesia , Cellio con Breia , Madonna del Sasso , Quarona and Valduggia .
