Cellio is a fraction of the municipality of Cellio con Breia in the Italian province of Vercelli (VC), Piedmont region .

On January 1, 2018, the municipality of Cellio was merged with Breia to form the new municipality of Cellio con Breia. It last had 826 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2016) on an area of ​​10.05 km².
