The Cells River is a river in the east of the Australian state of New South Wales .
It rises in the southern part of Cottan Bimbang National Park , south of the Oxley Highway . From there it flows south through unpopulated area on the western edge of the Doyles River State Forest and flows north of the Tapin Tops National Park into the Rowleys River .
