The Rowleys River is a river in the east of the Australian state of New South Wales .

geography

It rises in the Northern Tableland of New South Wales on the slopes of the Great Dividing Range , about six kilometers south of Yarrowitch . Along the western border of Cottan Bimbang National Park, it flows south through the Enfield State Forest . 33 kilometers southeast of Nowendoc it flows into the Nowendoc River .

The Rowleys River was initially called the Number Two River .
