The Cerro San Rafael ( Spanish ) is a hill in the Pensacola Mountains of the West Antarctic Queen Elizabeth Land . In the Panzarini Hills of the Argentina Range, it rises immediately northeast of Mount Ferrara .
Argentine scientists named him. The further naming background has not been passed down.
