The Panzarini Hills are a group of hills in Queen Elizabeth Land, West Antarctica . They rise north of the San Martín Glacier and form the northern half of the Argentina Range in the Pensacola Mountains . They include Mount Spann , the Areta Rock , the Arcondo Nunatak , the Suárez Nunatak , the Giró Nunatak , Mount Ferrara and the Vaca Nunatak .
The United States Geological Survey mapped them on the basis of their own surveys and with the help of aerial photographs by the United States Navy between 1956 and 1967. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1968 after Rodolfo N. MacLennan Panzarini (* 1910), head of the Instituto Antártico Argentino for that Time.
