Chakir Boujattaoui

Chakir Boujattaoui (born January 16, 1983 in Nador ) is a Moroccan long distance and obstacle runner .

Life

At the World Cross Country Championships in Edinburgh in 2008 , he came in 40th place.

The following year he was eighth at the World Cross Country Championships in Amman . At the Mediterranean Games in Pescara he won silver in the 3000 m obstacle course, and at the World Athletics Championships in Berlin he was eleventh over 5000 m .

In 2010 he was twelfth in the individual and fourth with the Moroccan team at the World Cross Country Championships in Bydgoszcz . However, his doping test was positive for the EPO derivative Mircera. He was banned for two years and the results were deleted.
