Chamoi is a town in the West African state of Gambia .
According to a calculation for 2013, around 746 people live there. The result of the last published census of 1993 was 583.

Chamoi, in the Upper River Region , District Fulladu East , is about 700 meters north of South Bank Road and 5.3 kilometers east of Basse Santa Su . The place is namesake of the road bridge Chamoi Bridge .
Culture and sights
Pre-historic pottery finds were made at Kanube.
