Chantal Mantz (born June 26, 1996 in Dieburg ) is a German table tennis player . In the 2015/16 season she moved within the 1st table tennis Bundesliga from SV DJK Kolbermoor to TSV Schwabhausen . Since Schwabhausen withdrew the team to the 2nd Bundesliga at the end of the 2015/16 season, Chantal Mantz joined the Ttc berlin eastside , which she left in 2017 for Les Chesnay (France). In 2018 she moved to TTG Bingen .
Sporting successes
In 2014 she became European champion in girls singles and German champion in girls singles 2014 and 2013. In 2014 she also won the German girls championship in doubles with Yuan Wan . Already in 2011 she reached second place at both the German and European school championships.
In May 2016 she moved to Düsseldorf in order to develop further at the German Table Tennis Center DTTZ . On November 1, 2016, she played her first international match among adults. She won against Tamara Pavcnik from Slovenia 3-0. In January 2017 she won the individual title at the first U21 European Championships by beating Yuan Wan in the final.
