Charalampos Giannopoulos ( Greek Χαράλαμπος Γιαννόπουλος , born July 13, 1989 in Alexandria , Greece) is a Greek basketball player who plays at a height of 2.00 m in the position of the small forward .
Giannopoulos began his professional career at PAOK Thessaloniki during the 2005/2006 season. After several positions at the traditional Greek clubs Olympiakos Piraeus , Panionios Athens and GS Peristeri , he moved to Panathinaikos Athens in 2012 .

Giannopoulos went through all of Greece's junior national teams and took part in a total of five European championships with them. His greatest successes include the gold medal at the U-20 European Championship 2009 and the Vice European Championship 2007 with the U-18 selection.
