Charles G. Bugbee (born August 29, 1887 in Stratford , † October 18, 1959 in Edgware ) was a British water polo player .
Bugbee took part in the Olympic Games in Stockholm in 1912 and in Antwerp in 1920 , where he won the gold medal both times with the English national team. In Stockholm they won the games in the final round with 8: 0 against Austria and 6: 3 against Sweden, which ultimately came in second.
A knockout tournament was held in Antwerp, in the final of which Bugbee and the English team beat the Belgian 3-2. After winning the two gold medals, Bugbee, who worked as a police officer in London, took part again in the 1924 Olympic Games in Paris, but was eliminated 6: 7 after three overtimes against Hungary in the first round.
