Charles Massi

Charles Massi (born July 25, 1952 in Baboua , † January 8, 2010 in Bangui ) was a politician from the Central African Republic . He was energy minister in his country from 1993 to 1996 and agriculture minister between February and December 1997.

Massi was the founder of the Convention of Patriots for Justice and Peace (CPJP), a rebel army active in the east of the Central African Republic. He was arrested in Chad in early 2010 and died shortly after in Bangui custody.
