Charles Sherman Woodruff ( CS Woodruff ; born August 15, 1844 in Cincinnati , Ohio ; † September 6, 1927 there ) was an American archer .
Woodruff, won the silver medal in the American domestic duel at the 1904 Olympic Games in St. Louis with the team, the Cincinnati Archers . In the individual competitions he was fourth ( Double American ) and eighth ( Double York ).
Woodruff received his only national title in 1901; he was married to female contestant Emily Woodruff .
