Chelsea May Buckland (born January 20, 1990 in Surrey , British Columbia , Canada ) is a Canadian football player .
Career
societies
During her studies at Oregon State University Buckland played for the university team there at OSU Beavers and from 2008 to 2009 played for the W-League - franchise of the Vancouver Whitecaps Women . In 2012, she played another game for Vancouver in the W-League, but fell out of the rest of the season due to a cruciate ligament rupture in training with the national team in early June and has not played another competitive game since.
National team
Buckland made his debut on May 15, 2011 in a friendly against Switzerland in the Canadian national team and took part with this, among other things, in the Cyprus Cup 2012 . Before the 2011 soccer World Cup and the 2012 Summer Olympics , she was part of the extended Canadian squad, but ultimately did not take part in the tournament.
