Cheng Hsien-tzu

Cheng Hsien-tzu ( Chinese鄭賢慈 / 郑贤慈; Pinyin zhèngxiáncí ; born April 18, 1993 in Taipei ) is a Taiwanese table tennis player . She is right-handed and uses the European shakehand stick position as a handle .

Career

Cheng had her first international appearances in the years 2008 to 2011, where she played in the youth world championships. The year 2011 was a notable success, as she won bronze both in doubles and with the team.

In 2012 she took part in the Korea Open, among other things. She was also part of the Taiwanese team that reached the round of 16 at the World Championships . It was not until 2014 that she was seen on the international stage again, so she was able to take part in the China Open and World Championships.

The year 2016 started well for Cheng: With the team she won the bronze medal at the World Cup , but she was denied participation in the Olympic Games , as in 2012. 2017 it reached at the World Cup in double the Round of 32 in the individual she divorced already made in the second round.
