Chiamaka "Chi-Chi" Igbo (born May 1, 1986 in Uyo , Akwa Ibom ) is a Nigerian soccer player.

Career

society

Igbo started her career in 2000 with the Capital Queens in Uyo . In summer 2002 she completed a youth tournament in Lolland with her team, the Capital Queens, which one could win. Igbo herself was named the best player and moved the following year to Denmark for Team Viborg. In Viborg, at the age of only 16, she made her senior debut in the highest Danish league, the elite division, before moving to Danish series champion Fortuna Hjørring in the summer of 2005 . There she was named the best female player in 2006 and 2011 as part of the cup competition. In the seasons 2008/09 and 2009/10 she was Danish champions with her team.

National team

Igbo has been a player for the Nigerian women's national soccer team since 2004 . She represented her home country at the 2007 Women's World Cup in the People's Republic of China .
