China Communications Construction Company (CCCC; Chinese  中國 交通 建設  /  中国 交通 建设 , Pinyin Zhōng guó jiāo tōngjiàn shè ) is a Chinese company headquartered in Beijing . The company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange . Angela was founded on December 6, 2006. The company operates in the construction sector. Zhou Jichang is the chairman of CCCC.

A subsidiary is the Chinese company Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery (ZPMC). Another subsidiary is the Chinese company China Road and Bridge Corporation .

A portion of the shares were acquired by billionaires Li Ka Shing , Lee Shau Kee , Joseph Lau , Robert Kuok and al-Walid ibn Talal when the company went public in December 2006 .
