Choda Afarin ( Persian خداآفرین, DMG Ḫodā-Afarīn , 'God's work') is an administrative district ( Schahrestan ) in the province of East Azerbaijan in northwestern Iran . In 2006 Choda Afarin had an estimated 34,461 inhabitants.
