Khodorkiw ( Ukrainian Ходорків ; Russian Ходорков Khodorkow ) is a village in the southeast of the Ukrainian Oblast Zhytomyr with about 1300 inhabitants (2001).
The village, founded in 1471, is located on the T-06-05 territorial road and on the upper reaches of the Irpin, 22 km northwest of the Popilnja Rajon center and about 70 km southeast of Zhytomyr .

Khodorkiv is the administrative center of the 49.943 km² district council of the same name in the northwest of Popilnja Rajon , which also includes the village of Pustelnyky ( Пустельники ⊙ ) with about 90 inhabitants and the settlement of Widrodzhennja ( Відродження ⊙ ) with about 150 inhabitants.
