The Chokotonk River is a river in Lake Clark National Park in southwest Alaska .
The Chokotonk River is fed by a glacier of the Chigmit Mountains at an altitude of 800 m . It initially flows 10 km in a north-westerly direction. South of the Moose Pasture Pass it turns to the southwest and flows after a total flow distance of 35 km into the northern end of Little Lake Clark , the northern lake basin of Lake Clark. The catchment area covers 435 km².
