Christ Church Gut is a so-called ghaut ( good ), an ephemeral body of water similar to a Fiumara , on St. Kitts , in the Caribbean island state of St. Kitts and Nevis .
geography
The river has its source in the center of St. Kitts, on the northern slope of Verchild's Peak . It runs north and soon flows into the Atlantic at Nichola Town , very close to the confluence of the two neighboring Nichola Town Gut and Bakers Gut . The course of the river partially forms the boundary of the Parishes Christ Church Nichola Town and Saint John Capisterre .
