Christian Count von Walderdorff

Christian Graf von Walderdorff (* 1968 ) is a German chef.

Career

Hugo Graf von Walderdorff's son was only just starting his studies, but an internship at the Belgian Scholteshof with Roger Souvereyn in Hasselt (two Michelin stars ) led to the correction. After training in the Zur Traube restaurant with Dieter L. Kaufmann in Grevenbroich , he moved to the Swiss parlors in Wertheim with Fritz Schilling in 1995 . In 1996 he went to the Marcobrunn restaurant with Joachim Wissler in Erbach (Rheingau) .

In 1998, Graf von Walderdorff and his wife opened the Rosenpalais restaurant in Regensburg , which was awarded a Michelin star from 2001 to 2005.

He has been cooking catering for his Rosenpalais since 2012 .
