Christian Lölkes

Christian Frédérik Lölkes (born January 7, 1990 in White Plains , New York , United States ) also known as Obelix , is an American artist, exhibition maker and hacker .

Life

Christian Lölkes, born in the USA, obtained his higher education entrance qualification in 2008 as AbiBac at the French Lycée Georges Duby. In 2010 he began studying electrical engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology . He completed his bachelor's degree in 2016.

Christian Lölkes heads the Rapid Prototyping Lab of the Center for Art and Media (ZKM) in Karlsruhe and researches 3D printing in art. He is co-organizer of the goulash programming night . He also founded the company 3DProto.
