Christian Leitges is a German soldier in the Bundeswehr Air Force with the rank of Brigadier General . He is Department Head I (Development and Planning) in the Air Force Command in Berlin-Gatow . In previous assignments, he was squad commodore of Lufttransportgeschwader 61 in Penzing ( Landsberg am Lech district ) from 2012 to 2015 and then head of program organization at the Federal Office for Equipment, Information Technology and Use of the Bundeswehr (BAAINBw) in Koblenz until 2019 .
