Christian Loose (born October 11, 1975 in Ibbenbüren ) is a German graduate and banker and politician of the Alternative for Germany (AfD). In the state elections in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2017 , he was elected to seventh place in the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia .

education and profession

After graduating from the Goethe-Gymnasium in Ibbenbüren, Loose completed an apprenticeship as a banker. He studied at the same time at the Fern-Universität Hagen and continued his studies in business administration at the University of Münster from 1999 to 2002 . He completed his studies with a diploma . He then worked from 2002 to 2008 as a research assistant at the Distance University in Hagen.

Christian Loose has been working as a controller in an energy company since 2009 .

politics

In June 2013 Loose joined the AfD and became treasurer of the AfD Bochum in December. Loose moved into the city ​​council of Bochum on June 26, 2014 via the party list of the AfD Bochum .

In the state elections in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2017, he ran for seventh place on the state list and was thus elected to the state parliament.

Loose is the treasurer of the AfD-affiliated Immanuel Kant association.

Private

Christian Loose is married and has one child. From 1995 to 1996 Loose was on the board of the Kolping Society of Püsselbüren for one year and from 1996 to 2000 in the associated youth work.
