Christian de l'Aumône

Christian de l'Aumône (* unknown; † July 27, 1145 in the Abbey of l'Aumône near La Colombe in what is now Loir-et-Cher ) is a saint of the Catholic Church .

Christian de l'Aumône was initially a hermit at Le Mans . But his real calling was the order of the Cistercians and so he entered the Cistercian abbey of l'Aumône near La Colombe.

In this monastery, St. Christian died in the state of a mystic on July 27, 1145. The Catholic Church celebrates the feast day of Christian de l'Aumône on July 27.
