Career
Schmidt was a striker for FC Bayern Munich . During her club membership, she and her team reached the final of the German championship in 1985 and the DFB Cup in 1988.
In the game played on June 30 in the Duisburg stadium on Westender Strasse against the host KBC Duisburg and lost 1-0, she was substituted on in the 80th minute - together with Evi Wiertelotz .
