Christina Voss

Christina Voss, b. Lange (born July 7, 1952 in Perleberg ) is a former German handball player .

She moved to Wise early with her parents . In Wittenberge played handball up to the tenth grade with the BSG Lokomotive Wittenberge. She was delegated to the sports school in Rostock . Christina Voss, who was 1.62 meters tall and weighed 58 kilograms, then played for SC Empor Rostock .

With the GDR selection , she won silver at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal , for which she received the Patriotic Order of Merit in bronze. In 1975 she became world champion with this team. She played 79 international matches .
