The Christkönig wayside shrine in Berolzheim , a district of the municipality of Ahorn in the Main-Tauber district in Baden-Württemberg , was built in 1915. The wayside shrine at Hauptstrasse 54 is a protected cultural monument .

The wayside shrine made of red sandstone consists of three parts: a base with an inscription from the Gospel of Matthew , a rectangular pillar with the inscription “See our King. 1915 "and a sculpture of Christ the King motif that Jesus with crown of thorns represents.

The wayside shrine takes on baroque shapes in its design of the inscription cartouches .
