Christoph Ernst Friedrich von Forcade de Biaix (born September 17, 1821 in Paderborn ; † July 18, 1891 at Reckenberg Castle ) was the owner of the manor , judge at the Imperial Court and a member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Forcade de Biaix attended grammar school in Soest and studied law at the universities in Bonn , Göttingen and Berlin . In 1844 he entered the judiciary and in 1855 was a district judge in Bochum , in 1865 an appellate judge in Hamm and in 1873 a senior tribunal advisor in Berlin. On October 1, 1879, he was appointed to the Fifth Civil Senate of the Imperial Court, of which he remained until he retired in 1890.

From 1874 to 1877 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the center and the constituency of Düsseldorf region 5 ( Essen ), in 1877 he was elected by a substitute election on November 24, 1877 in the constituency region of Trier 1 ( Daun , Prüm , Bitburg ) for the deputy Ferdinand from Hompesch-Bollheim to. After winning the constituency in 1878, he resigned his mandate on October 14, 1879 after his appeal to the Imperial Court.
