Christoph Flach
Christoph Flach (born July 26, 1789 in Wetzlar ; † September 24, 1861 ) was a Nassau judge and president of the Wiesbaden Higher Appeal Court .
Christoph Flach was the son of a lawyer and studied law in Giessen from 1807 to 1809 with Grolman and Jaup . In 1809 he became an assessor at the Montabaur office . From November 1811 he accompanied the Nassau ambassador from Fabricius to Paris. In 1813/14 he was a lieutenant in the Wars of Liberation .
In 1817 he was magistrate in office Langen-Schwalbach and 1822 in Office Nastätten . In 1823 he became a councilor at the Wiesbaden court and in 1836 counsel at the Wiesbaden Court of Appeal. In 1842 he became director of the court in Wiesbaden. In 1844 he was awarded a Dr. PhD.
After the March Revolution in 1849, Christoph Flach headed the Assize Court against the democratic leaders of the Idstein Democratic Congress such as Karl Schapper and Julius Oppermann . In 1854 he became President of the Wiesbaden Court Court and in 1859 President of the Wiesbaden Court of Appeal.
