Christoph Lehmann (musician)

Christoph Lehmann (* 1947 in Beijing ) German organist, harpsichordist and church musician in the field of New Spiritual Song .

Lehmann studied church music in Berlin and the harpsichord in Cologne.

From 1972 to 1984 he was a church musician in Düsseldorf, as well as a theater musician in Düsseldorf, Bochum, Bonn and Aachen, and since 1985 he has been an organist and harpsichordist in the field of early music . Christoph Lehmann composed numerous New Spiritual Songs .

Christoph Lehmann is not identical to the cantor of the same name at St. Stephan in Tangermünde.
