Christoph Rudolf von Schliewitz

Christoph Rudolf von Schliewitz (* 1670 ; † January 15, 1732 in Hamm ) was a royal Prussian major general , chief of infantry regiment No. 9 and commander of Hamm and heir to Mitteldorf and Kattern (Mohrungen district).

His father was Lieutenant Colonel Rudolf von Schliewitz from Kurbrandenburg .

On August 8, 1709 he became a lieutenant colonel in Regiment No. 23 (Forcade) and on June 4, 1717 he became a colonel. On August 6, 1726, he took over Infantry Regiment No. 9 (Buisson), and at the same time became the commandant of Hamm. He died there on January 15, 1732.

He was married to the widow of Colonel Philipp von Weyherr .
